VP & Chief Technology Officer
Ilya Gluhovsky, PhD, VP & Chief Technology Officer, leads the team that designs, builds, and maintains all of the software at Pear, from the PDTs to the technology underpinning Pear’s dual platform, PearCreate™ and PearConnect™.
Prior to working at Pear, he was Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at healthcare technology companies Rally Health ($4B exit), LeanTaaS, and Uprise Health, where he was in charge of engineering and data science. As an entrepreneur, he founded and led 2 organizations: one as founder and CEO of an AI-driven medication therapy management platform and the other as a cofounder and chief technology officer of a Y Combinator company whose original product was chosen to be in Time’s 50 Best Sites and Travel+Leisure Best Travel Websites and Apps.
Ilya earned his BS in mathematics from Purdue University and his PhD in statistics from Stanford University.
